We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. We understand that emergencies happen. If you are experiencing an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate.
